CRE考試通（「本 App」）由 [開發者名稱]（「我們」）提供，協助用戶準備《基本法》及《香港國安法》測試。本 App 不設帳戶，我們不收集你的姓名、電郵、電話號碼或任何可直接識別你身分的個人資料。本政策說明本 App 處理哪些資料、為何處理，以及你可以如何選擇。
你的作答紀錄、模擬考試成績、錯題本、收藏條文、連續完成天數及設定，全部只儲存在你的手機上，不會傳送給我們。
為了解 App 的使用情況並加以改善，本 App 預設會傳送匿名使用數據：
我們不使用廣告識別碼，不作廣告或跨 App 追蹤，不收集位置，也不會出售任何資料。
你的選擇：你可以隨時在 設定 › 私隱 關閉「分享匿名使用數據」，之後本 App 不會再傳送使用事件或錯誤報告。
這些服務提供者代我們處理上述匿名數據，數據會傳送到香港以外（美國）的伺服器，傳送時經加密。數據按各服務的保留期限保存：[Mixpanel 保留期限]、[Sentry 保留期限]。
「進階」一次性解鎖由 App Store 或 Google Play 處理。我們不會接觸你的付款資料；本 App 只在手機上保存購買是否有效的紀錄，以便恢復購買。
本 App 為準備政府測試的成年人而設，並非以兒童為對象。
如對本政策有任何查詢，請電郵 [支援電郵]。由於數據是匿名的，我們無法按個人查找或刪除某一用戶的使用數據；關閉「分享匿名使用數據」即可停止傳送。
如本政策有重大修改，我們會更新本頁的生效日期，並在 App 更新說明中提及。
本網站使用 Google Analytics 4，了解訪客瀏覽的頁面、到訪來源，以及瀏覽器或裝置類型等使用資料。Google Analytics 會使用 Cookie 及相關識別碼進行網站分析；本網站已關閉 Google signals 及廣告個人化訊號。
網站分析與 App 內的 Mixpanel 及 Sentry 分開運作，不會取得你的 App 作答紀錄、收藏條文或進階購買資料。App 內「分享匿名使用數據」的設定不會控制網站的 Google Analytics。

CRE考試通 (“the app”) is provided by [developer name] (“we”) to help users prepare for the Basic Law and National Security Law test. The app has no accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other information that identifies you. This policy explains what the app processes, why, and the choices you have.
Your answers, mock exam scores, mistake book, bookmarks, streak and settings are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us. Your phone's system backup (iCloud or Google) may include them, under your own account settings. Exported backups and score sheets go only where you choose to send them. 重設學習紀錄 (reset) deletes your answer history on the phone; deleting the app deletes everything.
By default the app sends anonymous usage data so we can understand and improve it:
We do not use advertising identifiers, do not track you across apps or websites, do not collect location and never sell data. You can turn off 分享匿名使用數據 in 設定 › 私隱 at any time; the app then sends no usage events or error reports.
Mixpanel, Inc. (USA, analytics) and Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, USA, error reporting) process this anonymous data on our behalf, on servers outside Hong Kong, encrypted in transit, kept for [Mixpanel retention] and [Sentry retention].
The one-time 進階 unlock is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details; the app keeps only a record on the phone of whether the purchase is active, so it can be restored.
The app is made for adults preparing for a government test and is not directed at children.
Questions about this policy: support@basiclaw.hk. Because the data is anonymous, we cannot look up or delete one user's usage data; turning off 分享匿名使用數據 stops it being sent.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page and mention it in the app's release notes.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, referral sources, and browser or device types. Google Analytics uses cookies and related identifiers for website analytics. Google signals and ad personalization signals are disabled on this website.
Website analytics operates separately from Mixpanel and Sentry in the app. It does not receive your app answers, bookmarks, or premium purchase data. The app’s anonymous usage data setting does not control Google Analytics on this website.
